AUTOMATION & INTEGRATIONS

Connect your tools. Keep the work moving.

Reduce the manual work between your systems. We build connections that transfer information, trigger actions and keep processes moving across the software you use and the custom tools we create.

From one action to the next

A request arrives

Information is recorded

A task is created

The right person is notified

A connected workflow

Defined rules. Clear responsibilities. Visible progress.

What does automation do?

An integration connects tools so they can exchange information. Automation uses agreed rules to carry out the next action, whether that is creating a task, updating a record or asking someone to approve the work.

Built across different businesses. Designed around each one.

BUILT AROUND YOUR DAILY WORK

What we can automate.

Start with the repeated steps between your tools, then define what should happen and when a person needs to be involved.

01

Information transfers & synchronisation

Pass agreed information between systems so teams do not copy the same details repeatedly. Define which system holds the reference record and how updates are shared.

02

Requests & task creation

Turn incoming forms, enquiries or status changes into assigned work. Include the relevant details, owner and next step when the task is created.

03

Reminders & notifications

Follow deadlines, missing information and outstanding actions. Send reminders to the right people and stop them when the work is complete.

04

Documents & administrative steps

Trigger document preparation, filing or approval requests when the required information is ready. Keep the document linked to its client, project or request.

05

Updates between business tools

Connect CRM, project management, portals, calendars and other software around a shared workflow. Carry an agreed status change into the tools that need it.

06

Scheduled checks & reporting

Run recurring checks, refresh information and prepare reports at agreed times. Flag missing records or exceptions that need someone to review them.

AUTOMATION IN EVERYDAY WORK

Small steps that keep the process moving.

Build the connection around a clear trigger and a useful next action. These workflows show the kinds of steps we connect.

01

A new enquiry

A form is submitted. Its details create or update the client record, and a follow-up task is assigned to the responsible person.

02

An accepted quotation

The quotation is marked as accepted. A project is opened with the agreed details, and the onboarding tasks are prepared for the team.

03

An approaching deadline

Outstanding work is checked against its due date. A reminder is sent and the responsible person is notified when follow-up is needed.

FROM PROCESS TO WORKING CONNECTION

How we build the connection.

We first understand the current process and check what your tools support. Then we define the rules, approval points and checks around the work.

  1. 01

    Map

Identify the repeated steps, people involved and desired outcome.

  2. 02

    Connect

Check the available integrations and set up the agreed access.

  3. 03

    Set the rules

Define triggers, conditions, approvals and what happens next.

  4. 04

    Test

Check normal cases, missing information and interrupted connections.

  5. 05

    Monitor

Make completed actions, failures and items needing review visible.

What this changes in everyday work.

Less repeated entry

Information moves between connected tools according to agreed rules. The team no longer needs to retype the same details at each linked step.

More consistent follow-up

Agreed actions run when their conditions are met. Reminders and checks follow the process, with exceptions brought back to the team.

Clearer handovers

The next person receives the task with its context and relevant information. Work has an owner and a next step when it moves between tools or teams.

APPROVALS & MONITORING

Keep control of what happens.

Decide which actions run automatically and which wait for a person. We build visibility into the workflow so your team can see what happened and deal with anything that needs attention.

  1. Approval before the next action

Pause selected steps for review. Show the information to be checked, record the decision and continue only when the required approval is given.

  2. A visible history of actions

See what ran, when it ran and whether it completed. Keep the related records available so the team can trace an update or understand a failure.

  3. Exceptions with a clear owner

Alert the responsible person when a connection fails or information is missing. Define retries and manual review so interrupted work can be resolved without repeating completed actions.

A few practical questions.

Can we keep our existing tools?

Yes. We start with the tools you use and check their connection options. The aim is to connect the useful parts of your current setup around a clear workflow.

What if a tool has no direct connection?

We check supported exports, imports and other ways to exchange information. If a reliable connection is not available, we explain the limitation and agree which steps remain manual.

Can someone approve an action before it runs?

Yes. Approval can be a required step before sending a document, changing a record or continuing the workflow. We define who approves, what they review and what happens if they decline.

What happens if a connection fails?

The workflow records the failure and notifies the agreed person. Depending on the action, it can retry or wait for review. We define these rules during setup, together with any ongoing monitoring and support arrangements.

Can we start with one repetitive task?

Yes. Start with one defined process, test it with the people using it and expand from there. Optional team training covers approvals, alerts and how to handle exceptions.

What are you still moving manually between tools?

Tell us which steps you repeat, which tools are involved and where the handover slows down. We will define the connection and the controls around it.
